Important evidence rarely sits neatly on the surface.

It is buried inside transaction histories, system changes, contracts, payments, credits, inventory movements, approvals, complaints, access records, and operational events that nobody has examined together. Our work requires people willing to go beneath the reported totals and remain there until the complete transaction can be reconstructed.

Evidence before conclusion

We do not decide what happened and search for records that support it. We determine what the available records support.

An anomaly is not an accusation

Unusual activity may have an ordinary explanation. Every candidate must be investigated, tested, classified, and reviewed before it becomes a finding.

Every number must reproduce

Exposure calculations must identify their inputs, sources, method, version, author, and reviewer.

Every material statement must trace to evidence

A sentence in a PERISCOPE report must connect to a finding, anomaly, calculation, source record, and preserved original evidence.

Models assist. People remain accountable.

Selected models may assist with extraction, comparison, classification, drafting, and consistency review. Models do not approve findings, calculate final exposure, reach legal conclusions, certify evidence, determine fraud, or authorize reports.

We state only what the records support

Direct facts, reproduced calculations, corroborated findings, analyst inferences, client allegations, counterparty positions, unresolved questions, and professional conclusions must remain visibly distinct.
